Monday, Monday Home-school, Tuesday and Saturday Term Classes.
Classes will be conducted on a school term basis, each term is 9 weeks long.
When you make payment and book your child into the Drawn to Art program, you are committing to your child to the full 9-week term.
Payments are non-refundable or transferrable. Materials for the classes are purchased for each student prior to the commencement of each term and are included in the cost.
In the event of absence, or cancellation, no full or partial refund will be provided
In the event of absence or cancellation, a maximum of one make-up session per student, per term can be provided, depending on availability and space.
If you enrol your child into the program then change your mind and do not attend a $55.00 cancellation fee will apply.
School Holiday Workshops
All school holiday workshops are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for change of mind or last-minute cancellations. Materials are purchased prior to the workshops and are included in the cost.
If your child can not attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, they may be transferred to another workshop within a 6-month period upon booking. This is up to the discrepancy of Drawn to Art and is dependent on circumstance and availability. For this reason, transfers must be arranged directly with Drawn to Art and not through making another booking.
Only 1 transferrable workshop per student per school holiday can be given.
Adult Art Classes
Payments are non-refundable or transferable as materials for the classes are purchased for each student prior to the commencement of each term and included in the cost.
When you make your first payment for the term you are committing to attending 5 classes.
No make-up lessons are provided. If you are sick or unforeseen circumstances arise, contact Drawn to Art for allowances at the business owner's discretion.
